The World of Fantasy Art - How to order

Within the H.P. Kolb Gallery ordering is fairly easy:

1. Select your items within the categories on the left

In the item detail view you can select the quantity you want to buy. Press the "order" button to put your desired item into the shopping cart.
An order has not been initiated yet!

2. After you have clicked on the order button the shopping cart will be displayed

Now you are able to add further articles to the cart by repeating steps 1 and 2.
You are also able to change the item quantity in this view.
You can always display your shopping cart by clicking “SHOW CART” on the left side of your screen: The items, including the quantity and the total item value contained in your cart, are also displayed there. Forwarding expenses are indicated at the last step, since the costs can vary according to quantity or place of residence. An overview on the shipping costs can be found under "SHIPPING COSTS" in the menu "Customer Information".

3. After you have selected all the articles you want, click on "order” in the shopping cart view.

If you are not yet registered, you have to enter your name, address and contact dates, which will be stored. Obligatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
For future orders you can then simply log in with your login data, saving you the entry of your address and contact information. You can make changes to your password and to your contact details at any time under the menu option "Your Account”.

4. Invoice- and Shipment-address selection: Our Webshop offers you the possibility to have your order delivered to an address that differs from the invoice-address.

5. Select Shipping Method: Depending upon your place of residence and the volume/weight of your articles our Webshop proposes the possible types of delivery - the costs accruing thereby are indicated next to the shipping-type.

7. Control and Comment: at the end of the order you will receive a summarised overview of the order process.

Please control your order carefully and correct any errors that may have occurred.
At the top of the page the current step of the order process will always be indicated - there you can also back-navigate, e.g. to change the shipping-address.
To mail the order you have to accept our General Terms and Conditions of Trade (GTCT) - for better legibility it is recommended to print them out.
You also have the possibility to enclose a message to us in your order.

8. Order confirmation:

Your order will now be stored on our server and a confirmation that we have received your order will be dispatched to you. Please check again whether everything is correct.
Should you discover that you have made a faulty entry, please just respond to this e-mail and tell us what needs to be corrected.

9. In further consequence you will receive an order confirmation with the status "confirmed" whereby the sales contract will be made.

After reception of your payment an order confirmation with the status "shipped" will be sent to you by e-mail.

Using your e-mail address and password you can check your open orders and their status at any time under the menu option "account administration".
